Rates & Insurance

Family Counseling Logan

All sessions are between $100 – $150

  • Individual Sessions:    (45-50 minute sessions) and (30 minute sessions)
  • Couples Sessions:      (45-50 minute sessions)
  • Telehealth Sessions:  (45-50 minute sessions)

All payments and co-payments are due on the day of service. Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted. There will be a fee for any returned checks.

Private Pay

Self-Pay clients will find that we offer low competitive rates for vices.  When an individual pays for therapy through self-pay as opposed to utilizing insurance both confidentiality and treatment remain between you and your therapist. Treatment decisions, length of therapy sessions, confidentiality and many other important decisions are always kept between you and your therapist.

Clergy Pay

Some churches will pay all or part of session costs for people they choose to sponsor.   This should be pre-arranged between the church and Family Counseling of Logan, before client comes for the first session. When churches pay for sessions, Family Counseling of Logan will only inform the church of whether or not a client has come to sessions (for billing purposes). No other information will be shared.

In many instances, you’ll have a deductible to pay before your services are covered. Co-pays and coinsurance may also apply. Services such as therapist visits, group therapy, and emergency mental healthcare are typically covered by health insurance plans.

We proudly serve individuals and families covered by Medicare.
